Furthermore, if necessary, we can pin the different elements/limbs of the miniature.

Bases
- Bases
If you want some kind of custom base to proudly display a miniature, tell us what you would like and we will make it for you. Handcrafted or customized bases may have an additional cost that we will communicate before starting the work.
- Movement trays
If you want your regiments to parade comfortably through the battlefield, in White Weasel Studio we prepare a movement tray adapted to the number of miniatures, and with the textures of the bases you want. The cost of each movement tray may vary depending on the size and decoration.
Additionally, we can magnetize your miniatures to the movement trays to make sure they don’t fall off at the worst possible moment. The price of this type of magnetization varies according to the size of the base and the size of the tray. If you have any questions, do not doubt to contact us!
If you want to ask for a quote, the only thing you have to do is to tell us the type of base, to know what size it will have, and the total number of rows and columns.
- Fillers
At White Weasel Studio we can create custom fillers for your units. This way your unit of thirty goblins will appear to have 50 and you will be able to save the purchase of the rest. Each filler is unique and customized. Tell us what you have in mind and we will quote it for you.
FINANCING
White Weasel Studio has a financing system that fits your needs.
For budgets valued in more than $500 , you can pay your miniature proyect in easy installments, keeping all the advantages such as a continuous feedback of your order. Please note that we always need a first payment to confirm your project in our production queue. Without this first payment your order is not taken into account for the chronological order of completion of the projects. So, the sooner you reserve your miniatures – by paying the first payment – the sooner we will be able to paint them.
You can choose between two systems:
- Pay 50% in advance and the rest when the order is completed and approved.
- Pay different installments to be agreed upon at the time of project formalization. We recommend three equal installments at the beginning, middle and end of the assignment. For example $200 when you confirm the project, another $200 when you send us the first photos of the assembly and the last $200 once you receive the final gallery of photos and you give the approval.
Note: if your project is large enough we can negotiate a higher number of installments which may be subject to the signing of a contract by both parties.
The miniatures will be sent once the total payment for the project has been made in full. If in the middle of the order you want to add new miniatures to your project there is no problem, we can modify the fee to paint the new miniatures as well.
* In no case will the deposit confirming the start of a project be refunded if the miniatures required for the project have already been purchased/reserved. Any extra costs due to the return of the miniatures will be borne by the buyer upon prior notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICES
Welcome to White Weasel Studio. This document is to help guide new clients through the process of commissioning a project. Each of the sections are identified in the header so that you will not get lost at any time.
Due to the very specific nature of our work, we have very clear policies.
To confirm a project in our production queue, the first thing we need is a first payment. This can be a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the project, in advance, unless the financing system is chosen, in which case we will need the first installment. It is a form of compromise at the time of the order.

Any extra costs due to the return of the miniatures will be borne by the buyer upon prior notice. In the same way, the money paid in will not be returned if the project is started and developed in any of its points. Payments made by the client for the project being carried out will only be refunded when the miniatures/materials have been purchased and have not been manipulated by our team and can be returned.
Throughout the project, photos will be sent periodically so that the client has news of the status of the order. Once the project is approved by the client, it will be finalized and there will be no refunds.
Get a quote
If you are looking for a specific quote, please fill out our form with a list of what you would like us to paint. Be sure to let us know if you send us the miniatures or if we have to buy them, and if they are mounted or not. Once we have the budget, you can modify, add or delete what you want freely. Finally, when you give us the OK to the project we will get it started.
WHAT YOUR ARE BUYING
A representative part of our miniature work is uploaded on our website and in our social networks. We do not show the best work and deliver something different. The levels that you see are what you will receive. If you like what you see in the different galleries, you’ll like what you’ll get. That’s what you are buying. We are proud to show our work no matter the level.
Of course, you’ll get exactly what you ordered in your budget, always with our best quality standards.
Remember that these are not toys for children. Please, keep small children away.
COMMUNICATION
Prompt communication is very important. You are always welcome to initiate contact. Do not be shy to contact us at any time, we will be happy to hear from you. We provide a 5 star service and we are sure we will fulfill your expectations. In fact, communication with the client during the project is essential for us to develop it properly. There are cases, for example, in the development of a diorama, where the prolonged absence of feedback from the client can cause the temporary or definitive paralysis of the project. Your comments on how the assignment is going guide us to know if we are moving in the right direction.
CONVERSIONS BUDGET
We recommend setting a maximum budget for the conversion work on each project. This will allow us to be creative and not having to be waiting for confirmation every time. Usually, customers set a budget between 10% and 20% of the total amount of their projects, which is used to cover the cost of the bits used and the conversion work itself.
We do not always charge for small pieces such as shields or weapons, but we do charge for larger or unusual pieces.
If we do not have an approved budget for conversions, we will not do anything that you have not asked us to do. If we have any ideas about conversions, we will tell you and you will be the one to give us the ok and approve the conversion budget.
BUYING THE MINIS
There are two options available:
– You buy the miniatures.
– We buy the miniatures for you (recommended!)
Why we recommend buying us the miniatures? Very easy. You save shipping costs, time to go to the store to buy them or choose them online, plus you get a few extra days to get your whole project out before our studio!
We do not charge any extra costs for the purchase of the models, just add the amount at the end of the budget and it will be ready.
We are not responsible for increased production times due to delays in the shipment of miniatures or other costs such as customs or handling that may be incurred. But really, don’t worry. If any incident happens, we will keep you informed at all times.
PROJECT DONE
Once we have completely finished the project, a photo shoot is carried out, ranging from 20 to 100 images. Before we send you your project, we will email you the entire photo gallery, so you can give us the final approval. All that remains is to pay the remaining amount and we will send you the miniatures perfectly protected.
If, once you have given your approval, you do not make the final payment within 30 days, you will lose your project. Please let us know if you think you are going to leave for a trip during this period or any other circumstance, so that we can propose another solution.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.
Full payment for the project must be made before the miniatures are shipped, including shipping costs and any other additional costs your project may have incurred, such as extra miniatures, freehands decided at the last minute, customs, etc. Of course, you will always be informed of such expenses in advance by us.
Remember that the last payment is due no later than 30 days after the end of the project.
In case of no response, we will give you in exchange for the miniatures points to redeem in future projects for a maximum value of 50% of the total cost of the order. These points to redeem in future projects in our company have an expiration date of six months and serve as a discount on your next orders. We don’t like draconian measures, but we don’t like cases of non-payment either, as you can imagine.
Responsibility
White Weasel Studio has business insurance that covers the value of your miniatures while they are in our care. But once they leave our studio they are out of our jurisdiction and we cannot be held responsible.
White Weasel Studio is not responsible for what happens to the miniatures once they leave our facilities once approved, due to the use or misuse of them. This includes losses during the shipping process. By contracting our services you agree to these terms.
However, if for some reason, when you receive the miniatures, there is a defect, there is no problem. Contact us and we will look for the best solution, always fixing the damage. The application of extra costs is subject solely and exclusively to our decision.
Shipping
The cost of shipping varies depending on the country and the size of the project, but in general terms it is around $15,00 for shipments to Spain, $50,00 for shipments to European Union countries and the United Kingdom, and around $60,00/$70,00 for shipments to the United States. Depending on the volume and weight of the package, these costs may vary.
We are not responsible for the variations of these costs or the customs costs of each country.
We always send certified mail, with a tracking number so that the customer can always know the status of the package, as well as a link to the product tracking website of the corresponding transport company (if any).
PACKAGING
Do not worry about it. We have designed an especial packaging that will protect and deliver safe all your miniatures. They will arrive to you in perfect conditions at the right time and without any breakage.
PROTECTION
All miniatures are protected and covered entirely with high quality bubble wrap and sealed with adhesive tape so that they are completely immobile.
When the order is very large, several groups of miniatures are packed and sealed inside a box, and at the end, all these boxes are placed inside a larger one, protected from each other by insulating, shock-absorbing and lightweight materials.
SEALEDBOX
All edges of the box are completely covered with packing tape. Workers responsible for packaging make sure that everything is perfectly sealed and that there are no holes or moving parts inside the box.
FEEDBACK
We always appreciate your feedback when you receive your models from our painting service.
We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transport. For logical reasons, we do the miniature painting service, but we do not do the shipping, we only subcontract the shipping to a third party company.
However, as we have already mentioned, if there is any damage, we usually make the appropriate repairs free of charge. Although it is not guaranteed. In that sense, we are not concerned about the reason for the damage, we will take care of it.
Bits
Bits unused from the boxes we buy are not returned to the customer, except under specific request.
DEADLINES
Normally it takes from 3 to 10 months until you get back your entire project, since we receive the miniatures. Obviously, for small orders, times will be shortened, and for orders of thousands of points, it will take longer. Each order is unique and each demands a specific amount of time.
The delays are caused by the availability of items, so we can not guarantee a 100% accurate delivery date, but we will do our best to get your miniatures painted as soon as possible.
CLONING PROJECTS
We are often asked if we can clone a miniature project that previously we had already done. The answer is yes. If you really want to get any of our painted armies showed in our galley, just tell us and we’ll have one like that. We keep the color palettes and schemes of each job for these situations.
SENDING IN YOUR ARMY
If you have finally decided to send us your army, please pack it well. If by any chance something breaks, don’t be afraid, we will gladly fix it. We will repair up to 5 miniatures at no additional cost, enough for any kind of chaos that may occur inside the box during shipment. From the sixth miniature, this one included, we will add an extra cost for the repairs that are necessary for a satisfactory finish of the order. This extra cost will always be in accordance with the assembly prices and you will be informed before it is carried out.
If you consider it appropriate, please attach an inventory of everything you send. It is not mandatory, but it helps in verifying the contents of the package.
